Team Workshops
We design and facilitate team workshops to share knowledge and best practice, to explore and agree ways of working and to build team spirit and cohesion. Teams range from global to local, from full business teams to individual departments, from multi-disciplinary to single specialism, from 100 to 6 people.
Workshops we have facilitated include:
- Team working: cross-discipline global workshop to explore and agree enhanced ways of working to meet business objectives; incorporating identification and plan to overcome potential barriers to success
- Team building: cross-discipline regional workshop to build understanding and trust between colleagues through working together on shared business issues
- Team planning: departmental workshop to explore and agree one and three-year strategy to contribute to overall business objectives
- Knowledge building: global workshop to share learnings, consolidate thinking and apply to best working practices
