Linda Caller founded Thought Agents in January 2000.  She has over 10 years experience in facilitation and draws on over 25 years experience in brand, strategy and communications development and market research. Much of her work has been on international brands and working with complex teams. She is involved on all projects.

Linda trained in facilitation in the US with The Baron Group and the Creative Problem Solving Institute at the University of Buffalo. She is a member of the Creative Education Foundation, British Market Research Society and ESOMAR, a geography graduate and holds a post-graduate diploma in tourism management and marketing. She is a member of the editorial board for the Journal of Brand Management. At the last count, Linda had visited 75 countries and worked in most of them.

Previously Linda worked at Ogilvy & Mather for 15 years as International Planning Director, responsible for brand strategy, communications planning and market research worldwide across a range of multinational clients. These included American Express, Clifford Chance, DHL, Duracell, Glaxo SmithKline, Guinness, Hoover, Mattel, Nestlé, Nutrasweet, Philips, Shell, Unilever and The Wall Street Journal Europe. Her earlier career was with Abbott Mead Vickers (now BBDO) and in market research with Marplan.
